Research On The Patterns For The Urban Complex Public Space That Prelink With Rail Transit

In China, a large number of Urban constructions which surrounding rail transits, are being updated by the way of complexes, which is widely existed in the pre-link of rail transit. Rail transit planning and construction cycles are long and not so easy to be reformed. However, the interface space between the public space of urban complex and site has strong flexibility in design. This paper hopes to consider the design of the connection space which has good adaptability before and after the access of rail transit in pre-link angle, trying to reveal the logic of pre-link design through the research on the interface type patterns.The research of this paper is mainly divided into three parts. Through the first part of domestic and foreign urban complex public space and urban rail transit station connection status, as well as the status of the linkage between the two related spaces research, analysis and summary, obtains the enlightenment to pre-link design. Including function selection and arrangement, streamlines of the whole and local organization, space environment promotion; the second part obtains the design strategy of pre-link by the research on the current situation and enlightenments, which is discussed from both the connection space design strategies and related complex spaces coping design strategies. The connection space design strategies from function, streamline, space and green environment to create four aspects, complex spaces coping design strategies state through two parts, the adjustment of complex interior spaces and underground space access; The third part obtains pre-link patterns based on previous research contents, divided as direct prelinking pattern and prelinking pattern according to the space position relation of points, and were given different forms of concept schemes. Finally, practice one of them through a design, deepen the concept schemes and analyse through the corresponding design strategies, prove the usability of the pre-link pattern.The innovation of this paper is the design of connection spaces which connecting with urban complex public spaces that dealing with the trend of the future needs of connecting the sites.Presenting the concept of prelinking and meeting the usability in the pre and after the introduction of rail transit. And modeled the prelinking design to provide convenience for the designers whom will be facing a actual project.
