Tourism Service Center Design Research Of Ancient Village Tourism Area

The paper mainly studies the design theory of service center in ancient village tourism area, in order to optimize the service facilities of ancient village tourism area by making the design theory perfect. Viewing the tourism service center of ancient villages as the main body, based on the analysis of the status and the theoretical summary, and combined with planning and design of the service center of Jiaozhuanghu, the article studies how to combine the design of service center with ancient villages’ protection and the new rural construction.In the article, current situation of the development of tourism service center in China’s ancient villages is analyzed and the existing problems and defects are summarized: inappropriate management lead to the service quality varies, no characteristic, and excessive commercialization; inappropriate location lead to weaken or interfere with the service; improper function configuration and layout make village surrounded by business environment; too large buildings damage village style and result in resource waste;architectural design ignore regional features and village landscape; etc; At the same time, the development trend of ancient village tourism service center is concluded as: more and more attention be paid to the natural environment, architectural regional features, adaptability, diversity. Tourism service center’s role in the construction of countryside is becoming more and more prominent.Combined with the existing design theory of tourist service architecture, ancient village tourism service center is analyzed respectively from the design principle orientation, location, function configuration,function layout, architectural design and landscape environment. Combined with protection theory and measures of the humanistic society, folk history, village landscape, residential buildings, space form,landscape environment, the construction of tourist service center and the protection and development of the ancient village form a unified coordinate system. At the same time, the design of Jiaozhuanghu tourism service center is toke for case. The reasonable planning and design theory is verified. The theory and technology of solving common problems faced by similar constructions is summarized, that the similar planning and design can refer to.The thesis puts forward the main conclusions as follows: adopt the unified management mode; weigh the commercial and cultural orientation well; location facilitate service, but cannot interfere the village and the villagers’ lives; the function should conform to the village’s temperament and show the village’s characteristics; the layout use the technique that the village commonly used to continue its spatial pattern;building should reflect local characteristics from various aspects; landscape design use methods of borrowing and increasing levels, to give a full play to the superiority of the village natural environment……The innovation point of the thesis is that: combined with the protection, as well as the development, of the ancient villages, the design of the service center in ancient village tourism area is studied, to heritage and continuation traditional culture and history of ancient villages with a new type of construction function.Through the study a set of design theory system is integrated. the history, culture, art, folk of can the ancient villages can be continued to live by architectural design.
