Study On Landscape Planning And Tourism Exploration Of Dang Jia-cun Ancient Village In Shaanxi Province

Dang Jia-cun ancient village in Shaanxi has nearly 700 years of history that founded in the Christian era 1331 year and it is the typical ancient villages in the northern region. Since 1992, the book "Dang Jia-cun traditional rural colony in northern China" by the Japanese construction industry renowned scholar Aoki Masao was published, Dang Jia-cun attracted the academic attention at home and abroad and it was listed as China’s historical and cultural village in 2003. Dang Jia-cun rising tourism promote the governmen and civil society organization to investment in the construction of their environment. But Dang Jia-cun’s overall development is not balanced that some regional is tending to the business and some place is ignored. Based on the Dang Jia-cun’s important value and the uneven development, exploring the proper landscape planning system and tourism development strategy is important to ensure the Dang Jia-cun sustainable development.In this paper, through a comprehensive study of ancient village about the foreign cultural tourism and town planning, the theory about the symbiotic, sustainable development, landscape ecological planning, the technical methods about expressing the ancient village’s geographical features and the protection and development were used. According to the research method of literature study, on-the-spot investigation, case studies, the paper was analyzed including the party village of ancient villages overall resource profile, status of construction and development constraints. Landscape planning and tourism development strategy for the ancient village of Dang Jia-cun is proposed.1. The ancient buildings in Dang Jia-cun are impacted by modern elements mostly that reflecting in the style of ancient buildings and repair materials, guides system, build new buildings and so on. They are very different to the original style of the ancient village from the color, shape, decoration, etc. Some ancient Buildings is becoming become dangerous buildings due to lack of protection management system and repair work.2. Greening is strongly induced by rural and urban greening mode, gradually deviated from the direction of the rural landscape. It is pay attention to the application of exotic species lead to be a threat to native plants. Economic trees are ignored, the blind pursuit of landscape beauty, leading to the village atmosphere gradually missing. It is lack of the big trees difficult to express bitterness ancient villages. The river surroundings is lack of visual effects.3. The visitor management center is difficult to bear the growing tourist pressure.4. In terms of tourism development, due to lack of proper marketing business model, culture characteristics that leading to Dang Jia-cun is difficult to stand out in party building under the competitive pressure of the same type attractions.5. Based on these findings, Dang Jia-cun is divided and formed to be "three districts, along". "Three districts" is including the protect core areas, protected buffer zone, the protection zone and " along " means the ecological landscape with river.6. The paper is put forward the development strategy of the tourism market, such as increased publicity efforts, prominent geographical features, enhance the scenic quality of service, change the existing business model, etc.
