Study On The Integrity Degree System Evaluation Of Construction Quality Based On The Construction Enterprise

In the urbanization progress of our country, the construction industry has achieved great development, at the same time, the quality of construction faces a big problem. In this paper, from the perspective of the construction project production process, taking the quality and integrity of construction enterprises as the reflected main body, a deep research has been made on the quality and integrity of the construction enterprises’ project and obtained the following results:(1) According to the participation subject and the formation process of the project quality, it has been defined that the connotation of the quality and integrity of the construction engineering, analyzed that the dishonesty reasons and the factors of affecting the quality and integrity of project, and cleared that the construction enterprises’ project responsibility of the quality and integrity.(2) Both from the quality and integrity of the division of engineering and the quality and integrity of the project supervision, the evaluation index system of the quality and integrity of the construction enterprises’ project has been proposed. Based on the evaluation index system, the corresponding application scoring criteria has been draw up.(3) Using the improved group judgment method to determine the initial weights of the indicators and adjusting the weights by questionnaires survey, the optimal numbers of indicators have been selected to make up of the evaluation benchmarking number of columns, the analysis of the gray correlation been used to determine the evaluation model of the quality and integrity of the project.(4) Using time series forecasting analysis method, and integrating the quality and integrity of the enterprise project about the predicted values, the current values and the past values, this article determined the quality and integrity degree of the current engineering. In order to sort the ranking interval and delimit the credit rating, this article arranged the index size of the engineering quality and integrity.(5)The empirical analysis confirms the feasibility of the model, finally, based on the evaluation index system and the example verification, this article proposed the operation mechanism of the project quality and integrity system.
