Distribution network reconfiguration is a very important means of optimization in power distribution system.With the structure of distribution network is becoming more and more complicated and people required to improve the quality of electricity, power distribution network automation has become an inevitable trend.Among them, network reconfiguration is a key link to realize the automation of distribution network. Distribution network reconfiguration is a kind of do not need to add new equipment optimization method. Only by switch state change,so as to improve the quality of the power system.This is an effective method to improve the security of power system,and which is closely related to user.Therefore,network reconfiguration as an important means of optimization,it has become more and more important means in power system.Distribution network topology analysis is the base plate of power system analysis and the guarantee of other analysis of distribution system smoothly.Distribution network topology analysis study the description of the distribution network equipment, simplify the distribution network,and the application of the object-oriented technology in power distribution network.This paper briefly discusses the generation of distribution network topology and distribution network topological structure of the traversal methods,including the breadth first search method and the depth-first search method.on the basis of the distribution network topology traversal methods,To study the generation of the static topology and dynamic topology.Then introduces the analysis of equivalent node and electrical island in the static topology;Study the dynamic topology tracking,Analysis of equivalent nodes and electrical island in the circuit breaker "open" and "close".And with a simple network model as an example,to study the distribution network topology analysis.Through the distribution network topology analysis,the paper using the theory of graph theory to simplify the distribution network topology structure,on the basis of the original data to establish topology table,and form a hierarchy, simplify the complexity of power flow calculation.Describes in detail the method for distribution network power flow calculation,Combined with the example,using topological analysis of hierarchy formation of forward/backward sweep power flow calculation algorithm.With the changing times,methods of distribution network reconfiguration is also becoming more diverse.Method for network reconfiguration consists of mathematical optimization method, heuristic methods and modern optimization technique.The use of modern optimization technique in distribution network reconfiguration has received considerable attention.In this paper, the chaotic technology combined with particle swarm algorithm,the binary particle swarm optimization algorithm was improved,in order to overcome the binary particle swarm optimization algorithm easy to fall into local optimum shortcomings,to obtain more accurate optimization results.Finally, with minimum network loss as the objective function for network reconfiguration,by programming in matlab.and an example is served for illustrating the presented method.The experimental results show that this method can effectively reduce the network loss,and improve the minimum node voltage.The experimental results show that the new method is reasonable and applicable.
