With the process of city have become more and more fast, tall buildings and super tall buildings more and more popular. Building hoist as an important building lifting machinery equipment, its application is more and more widely. Because of the construction site com-plex, construction worker mobility and building hoist is a makeshift equipment, mechanical wear and surface damage is serious, building hoist Under complex conditions, so the reli-ability, safety, stability is an important problem to engineers concerned. Especially in the 08 years after the Wenchuan earthquake, building hoist can meet the failure does not occur in the case of strong earthquakes caused by accidents, has become a research topic of the con-struction of the safety elevator.SSD150/150-II is a type of building hoist has the dual function of a construction lifter to improve the people and goods independent research by Southwest Jiaotong University. Taking this as an example, do a theoretical design and calculation, and makes the static cal-culation and seismic analysis of complex conditions using finite element analysis software.Specifically, the theoretical calculation including the calculation of traction system and some other important parts of the structure and the stability of the whole machine. Definition of a complex operation building hoist in the seismic analysis before, do the static analysis on the basis of this, we obtain the corresponding results. Seismic analysis is used to process the response spectrum method and dynamic method. The spectral analysis is needed before the modal analysis. Modal analysis is not only the response spectrum analysis of the foundation, but also can provide the basis for avoiding the construction elevator resonance in vibration excitation. The key dynamic time history method for seismic analysis is the seismic wave and the damping matrix selection. By comparing the results of response spectrum method and dynamic time history method, it shows the superiority of the dynamic. At the same time, two kinds of methods to obtain the stress and strain and construction lifts layer displacement and inter story displacement angle data for seismic design has an important reference value.To sum up, this paper studied the seismic simulation theory calculation and design of SSD 150/150-type building hoist, the research results have reference value to the structure construction elevator improvement, to improve the running stability and safety reliability has important significance.
