In recent years, our country’s high-speed railway is developing rapidly. After the line go into operation for a period of time, there have been some degradation in the operating condition.Due to the construction deviation, the differential settlement of the roadbed, the effect of the vehicle and natural environment factors, irregularity of the track structure appears. As the driving speed and frequency is high, in order to meet the safety and comfort of driving, it must realize the regularity of track structure and high stability. So the adjustment of Ballastless Track irregularity is very important. In this paper, the main research work and the related conclusion are as follows:The paper collects, sorts out and introduces the form and characteristic of Ballastless Track, the related maintenance and management situation of ballastless track at homeand abroad, the defects exist in the maintenance and management of High-Speed Railway in China.It introduces the irregularity types of High-Speed railway and analyzes the characteristic of interaction of the track and all kinds of irregularities. The High-Speed Railway Ballastless track’s static and dynamic irregularity control indicators and the corresponding check and adjustment and other related information are introduced.The paper introduces several current control methods of irregularity and the related theoretical concepts of function interpolation in detail, the method and operation scheme of cubic spline interpolation is proposed aiming at the shortages of current adjustment methods.In order to make comprehensive assessment of the result of the cubic spline adjustment methods proposed in the paper, Based on the dynamic theory of vehicle-track coupling, using the large FEM dynamic analysis software(ANSYS/LS-DYNA), the space model of vertical coupling vibration of vehicle-CRTS â… type plate ballastless track-bottom roadbed is established, two methods are applied due to the specific irregularity of the track. According to the dynamic response of vehicle track, the corresponding dynamic index is used as an evaluation basis.By using dynamic model calculation to analyze and contrast, it shows that both the current and cubic spline interpolation method can be carried out on the irregularity adjustment, through adjustment the dynamic response of the vehicle and track is improved. However, the line adjusted by the cubic spline function can be smoother, so the dynamic response parameters of the wheel/rail are better than the original line. What’s more, the total adjustment amount of these two methods is similar, as the maintenance workload should not be increased, by using the cubic spline interpolation method to adjust the irregularities, the effect of the adjustment is better. |
