With the accelerating process of China’s reform and opening up, the scale of construction has become larger and larger. How can we guarantee the quality of the architectural engineering with the projects, simultaneously, lasting for longer and in safety? This question has attracted serious concern of governments at all levels and all social sectors. In various civil engineering projects, concrete is the most widely used material. Especially in recent years, a new kind of concrete technology has been developing rapidly and has been applied in numerous projects, which is called High Performance Concrete. (HPC)High Performance Concrete has been applied more and more widely in the process of constructions. Meanwhile, the use of the admixtures and super plasticizers makes the concrete quality factors more complex, therefore how to control and evaluate the quality of HPC has become a research issue in the field of quality control.In accordance with the production features and construction system (multi-unit assisted), the paper has put forward a HPC control system, which consists of Pre-Control, Med-Control and Post-Control.In mid-control stage of HPC, this paper suggests a quality control method to use current sample information as much as possible. This method not only reflects the current state of quality, but also predicts and analyzes the reliability of the next stage. Meanwhile, the theoretical support of HPC quality control can be provided by the combination of former control and feedback control.
