Engineering Application Of High Performance Concrete In Shitai Passenger Transport Railway Line

Compared to normal strength concrete (NSC), high performance concrete (HPC) is a scientific breakthrough in concrete techniques. HPC is a new type material for environmental protection and energy conservation. Its appearance is a new milestone during the development course of concrete. The 21st century is an era of HPC. PFA high performance concrete is one of the best performance high performance concrete.As for PFA high performance concrete, through the testing of a great deal of experiments, PFA high performance concrete can be used with the design and construction of more than engineering, and it can meet the requirements of relative to deferent part durability as soon as possible, meanwhile the testing section was paved and it indicates that this program gained success from the practice of engineering. The main achievement got in this paper can be list as follows:(1) By analyzing each component of the PFA high performance concrete through many experiments, we selected each component and its content properly. The concrete that was confected by PFA high performance concrete reaches our predicted objective,such as a series of high performance: excellent workability, high durability, high working capability etc.(2)In this paper, a simple and easily applied design method of concrete composing ratio was developed on the basis of large numbers of experiments and the rules of general concrete design.(3)On the basis of large amount of experiments and their in-site applying, an experience about the techniques of construction and the quality ensuring system can be made, also it has an important reference value to direct the construction and design work.(4)At the end of the paper, based on experiment test about which shijiazhuang and taiyuan are linked by the passenger transport course , other work's performances such as the durability of HPC and economy is analyzed and discussed.
