Aiming at the problem of the high salt content and the frequent freeze-thaw cycle of the Jiaozhou Bay,how to ensure the strength and durability of the concrete is put forward in view of the design of Qingdao Bay Bridge.Based on the design of the Bay Bridge,this paper analyzes the concrete raw material control,the durability performance index(antifreeze,impermeability,chloride ion content,carbonation depth,alkali aggregate,etc.)and on-site inspection.Concrete for analysis,the following conclusions:1?Qingdao Gulf Bridge in the design stage to strictly control the parameters of concrete raw materials,from the source to prevent the impact of concrete durability of the factors,especially for high-performance concrete mineral admixtures and for the prevention of chloride ion diffusion and alkali aggregate Such as the endangerment of concrete durability response to the occurrence of cement,aggregate and admixtures and other raw materials are chloride ion content,alkali content and the detection of harmful substances to ensure the availability of raw materials;2?Through the optimization design of concrete mix ratio and reference to the construction mix ratio of a tenders,calculate the relevant water-cement ratio,the amount of cementitious material,sand rate and other parameters of the Bay Bridge concrete durability analysis;3?Through the theory and experiment,the factors influencing the durability of the concrete are obtained and the test results are analyzed and discussed.The preventive measures and solutions are put forward for the easy-occurring disease.In order to improve the durability of the concrete,High-performance concrete,and determine the blending ratio of blending materials(fly ash,slag),determine the minimum water-cement ratio and the best gas content,to meet the workability and strength under the premise of improving the durability of concrete;4?The operation of the Bay Bridge was analyzed by means of structural testing,including springback,carbonization depth test,steel bar protective layer test,corrosion reaction of steel bar and determination of chlorine ion content,and the results were compared with those in the design stage.The results show that the concrete durability of Bay Bridge has been greatly improved through the control of raw materials and optimization of mix proportion;Through the above several aspects of the study can be drawn,the durability of concrete is the result of the combined effects of all aspects,it is closely related with the surrounding environment,while the raw material and mix with the concrete itself is closely linked,and Qingdao Bay Bridge,whether from design or construction,Are attached great importance to enhance the durability of concrete,the status of the concrete test to further verify the durability of indicators,the latter can be regularly monitored and tested,the timely maintenance of concrete structures and reinforcement tomeet their design requirements?...
