At present, our country mainly study on long-distance passenger trains and long-distance passenger flow, as the research object of the dedicated passenger line operation scheme and passenger flow, but the study on the intercity railway passenger flow organization of Intercity area is relatively less.Passenger flow is the foundation for the establishment and optimization of intercity railway operation scheme and the operation scheme has a positive impact on attracting passenger flow and changing passenger flow law, so both of them are inseparable. The paper firstly puts forward the formulation of principles and main contents of the train scheme of intercity passenger dedicated line, comprehensively summarizes the main factors influencing the passenger train plan, according to the passenger train plan definition and main content, combined with the actual situation of intercity passenger dedicated line. Based on this theory, the paper analyzes the general situation of the operation passenger flow passenger flow characteristics of the whole line and the station passenger flow periodic change law ect. And the paper carries out field passenger flow investigation and forecast to the planning passenger flow (set to 2018) to get the main flow index of the line, providing the basic data for the formulation of the 2018 operation scheme. The core part is using the related theory research results and combining with the results of passenger flow prediction to determine the routing solution, train operation types, stop methods and train operation log, and to reasonably formulate 16 groups EMU operation scheme. Compared with the existing 12 groups EMU operation scheme, good results achieved.
