Application Of The Syntheic Automationin Marshaling Yard

Marshaling yard is the core of the railway freight transportation organization. The burden of marshaling yard includes the most of the operating missions, like the receiving, sending, sorting,, loading, unloading or formation of the trains, almost every arriving trains pass the marshaling yard. Because of this, the marshaling yard is not only the key to ensure the whole network unblock, but also the crux to improve the efficient of transportation by railway.For the twenty-first century, synthetic automation of marshaling yard is gradually enhanced along with the continuous progress of science and the railway reform. Throw all these years, the comprehensive improvement of the capacity on intelligence, systematization and automation provide a batter ability of the overall adaptation, productivity, as well as the security.SAM and CIPS system represent the new generation for the China comprehensive automa tion system of marshalling station. Based on the previous studies, this article analysis the CIPS system, and discusses its application in the field.This paper choose the CIPS operating system as the research content, analyzes its own business process management, inventory managemen t, receiving departure and transfer cargo management etc.According to the conclusion, several problems appear, Mainly include the following aspects, the Railway Bureau dispatch center inf ormation sources and integration, locomotive depot information integration and the work effici ency and the level. This paper argues that, as the core of the CIPS system, the Marshaling Stati on informatization should be repositioned according to the existing problems, and breakthroug h the traditional thinking and idea of it comprehensively. As well,this paper also provide some suggestions aimed at the two aspects of scheduling plan management and execution managem entIn addition, improve the efficiency and level of work need to continuously strengthen the co mprehensive automation system of intelligent, digital and automation, reduce artificial, comple tely changed the traditional transportation production management mode of the marshalling sta tion.
