CIPS Break-up Plan Automatically Making System Research And Application

ABSTRACT:The auto-decision of classification plan is the one of the most important part which belongs to the automation of railway dispatching and command research area. With the development of CIPS system, the methods of production have taken place a great change in large scale marshalling station. In order to improve the level of management and the efficiency of operation, and also to reduce the heavy burdens of the professional staffs, the classification plan auto-decision will be the significant issue in this area in the next few years.Based on the real operation data and environments in Wu Han Bei CIPS project, the thesis discusses to take the place of stuffs in classification plan making aspect through establishing the Auto-break-up Expert System (ES), different from the normal way of getting an optimal classification plan by some algorithm. In general, the ES is embedded in the CIPS system, the overall design is proposed according to its functions and features, and the Knowledge Base is founded with matched Knowledge Base Management System (KBMS).Through learning break-up of trains homework, analysis artificially working procedure, form knowledge base of Auto-break-up plan making system.The design of break-up rules were introduced in detail in this paper. Through the example to illustrate automatically making system is making plan of how to use the rules of break-up. Furthermore, the acquisition and the design of the KBMS are introduced comprehensively. Classify break-up rules and design the function of Knowledge Base Management System (KBMS).The examination of validity and Knowledge Base Management System (KBMS) use method are introducted. The test results show that the Correct Ratio (CR) has already reached 90% above, which indicates that the ES can play an important part in practical production.Finally, how to enhance intelligence expert system is prospected.
