Coordinate Relation Evaluation Of Public Transportation System And Land Use Based On EM-AHP-FE Method

Firstly, based on analysis of domestic and overseas transportation and land use research current situation, microscopic-relation’resource’interaction and macro support relation are analyzed from public transportation and land use relation. On the basis of the relationship, we should advocate public transportation rather than land use dominant model.Based on broad investigation of existing study, expert interview, according to layer structure principle, aim layer, logic layer and factor layer are built and index system of relation between land use and public transportation is developed. The system is a sequent evaluate system which has three first index and ten secondary index.Combining EM, AHP and FE method together, EM-AHP-FE method is established. AHP method divides decision elements into objective, principle and strategy layers, and then quantitive and qualitive analysis are done. EM method is based on variation extend of every factor, using information entropy to calculate its weight and then some amendament is done for more objective weight. FE method is based on fuzzy linear exchange theory and maximum membership degree principle, considering relative factors and approapriate analysis could be obtained.The key process of the three methods is to calculate the weight value by using different theories. AHP method is subjective weight value method, and EM method is objective weight value method. And FE method has both subjective kind and objective kind of weight value method.Last but not least, according to investigation and analysis of land use and transportation current situation in Nanking, sample analysis of land use and transportation system development coordinate extend is done with the help of built index system and EM-AHP-FE method. The result is accordance with the reality, it proves the method and index system are applicable and scientific.
