Strategies Of Garden City Construction Development In Shaanxi Province

With the implementation of the western development strategy, the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the development of economy,but the regional ecological environment of Shaanxi Province is deteriorating severely restrict development and enhance the quality of life of the area of social economy. Garden City construction is becoming increasingly urgent as an important way to improve the ecological environment. Although the construction of the garden city after years of development, there have been a variety of mature development model, but mostly in the southeastern coastal regions and cities in the main, it is difficult to use to another cities. Shaanxi Province is located in the northwest, across the north temperate and north-south subtropical climate, and there are large differences in areas of the urban ecological environment. The larger gap Situation between the eastern region and Shaanxi, the "Garden City" construction mode and the eastern region is quite different.This paper analyzes the current situation and development of China and Shaanxi Province, the construction of Garden City, summed mature development model of garden construction, and analyzed the applicable conditions of garden construction mode. Also considered Shaanxi special regional situation, the natural environment, economic development, cultural and historical perspectives on regional breakdown Shaanxi from Southern, northern Shaanxi and Guanzhong. Meanwhile, combine the characteristics of these regions and cities of their own advantages, the development of ideas put forward in the Garden City area. Specifically include: 1.the area of Guanzhong is flat, comfortable climate, economic development, and the set of political, economic, scientific, educational, cultural centers, function more comprehensive, integrated stronger, suitable to create a "large water and large green" garden city;2.Southern Shaanxi, beautiful scenery, mild and humid climate, abundant rainfall, with the construction of Garden City advantage of natural conditions, suitable for construction "urban landscape";3.the environment of Northern Shaanxi has been greatly damaged, and the soil erosion is serious lack of plant resources.Northern Shaanxi should focus on "wind and sand fixing", and insisted on ecological environment also sustainable development of energy resources.On the basis of the garden city development ideas presented above, the paper selected typical cities in three regions empirical research on the previously proposed development ideas were realized empirical verification.
