With the continuous improvement of the economy, the expressway of Guizhou province has entered a rapid development period. Can be expected, especially in heavy load road pavement maintenance pavement depth would be involved is too large, the old material disposal and utilization will become large and medium repair scheme can not be avoided. Through the application of asphalt pavement cold regeneration technology, these materials will be used again on the road, so that not only meet the requirements of road performance, a lot of energy and resources saving, but also protecting the environment, to achieve sustainable development.This paper relies on the "mountain highway asphalt pavement cold regeneration project" research on technology system, conducts the research to the technical performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture. Investigation and analysis of the old road, road conditions and disease history information, obtained from the site core sample thickness and porosity. Experimental analysis on properties of RAP: RAP measurement of moisture content, asphalt content and the gradation of RAP properties, evaluation after extraction. The research of asphalt pavement recycling technology classification research, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of technology; to explore the regeneration mode selection in practical engineering; finally determine the road choice of emulsified asphalt for pavement cold regeneration repair. The composition and properties of asphalt aging and recycling mechanism, the mechanism of emulsification, working principle, mixture of emulsified asphalt cold regeneration.This paper summarizes the similarities and differences between domestic and international cold recycling pavement structure design method, provides the reference for the structure design. The design of asphalt pavement in our country, and combining with the damage condition, the choice of regeneration of bottom layer tensile stress control fatigue cracking and compressive strain on the top of the old road control of permanent deformation, at the same time to reflect the structural stiffness and deflection of pavement design. Research on cold recycling pavement thickness is calculated by BISAR software, and all kinds of thickness under load, the mechanical response of cold recycling layer, resilient modulus and thickness in different conditions, the law of changes of stress, strain and deflection, can meet various traffic rank structure layer thickness, finally recommend of cold regeneration of Asphalt Pavement typical structure.Analysis of social benefits and environmental benefits of cold recycling emulsified asphalt, which can increase the life of the road, industry and region economy have a positive impact, reduce material costs, save land resources, avoiding soil erosion and reduce the pollution of asphalt. If you consider the road service life, emulsified asphalt cold regeneration base can reduce the cost of repair.Research shows that, the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture has good road performance and capacity of the structure, can be used for primary or below the level of high grade highway. The technology of asphalt pavement in our country for the repair or reconstruction projects, has significant economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits.
