The technology of emulsified asphalt cold recycling is an international advanced technologypavement maintenance,which can reuse the old asphalt mixture, raise resource utilizationratio and protect ecological environment, accords with the strategic policy of developing recycleeconomy and realizing sustainable development in China. So it has important practical significancefor the study of the cold recycling technology.Based on existing researches and construction experience of emulsified asphalt cold recyclingof Baima highway in Gao-Ling in2010, the paper studies the key questions of emulsified asphaltcold recycling, such as the performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycling, the difference betweenemulsified asphalt mixture and hot asphalt mixture, the strength principle of the emulsified asphaltmixture, the emulsified asphalt mixture ratio design and verification,the RAP property analysis ofA highway in Shaanxi asphalt pavement, the construction technique and quality control ofemulsified asphalt cold recycling.This paper also studies the cold recycling of emulsified asphalt mix design test method ofdata processing, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of traditional methods and computerassist in the compaction test and Marshall test data processing,It points out the defects ofthe traditional method using chart method for analyses the test data regression, and the theoreticalbasis and superiority of data process using data fitting theory and computer technology.Finally through experimental road paving of emulsified asphalt cold recycling, expoundsthe construction technology and quality control points about the asphalt pavement coldrecycling technology. And xperimental study was carried out about way-use performance ofexperimental road.The experimental results showed that the cold recycling mixture hassuperior structural bearing capacity and pavement performance, which makes it can be used inlower layer or base of road. It is a kind of cold recycling technology and broad prospects foreconomic environmental technology, For massive popularization and application providestechnical reference.
