| In the past period of time, mega infrastructure projects are the main impetus and source for the development of our national economy to a higher level, which influence national economic development deeply. At present, along with the advancement of technology and management, advanced technology and theories of management in manufacturing plays a transformative effect on the renewal of project construction ideas. To sum up in a word, China’s mega projects have transformed from "Project construction "to" Project manufacturing ".This revolution is promoted jointly by era development needs and economic benefits. "Project manufacturing" is manufactured in factories and assembled on the engineering construction site, and thus it has little damage to engineering construction site environment, which comply with the concept of modern green construction such as environmentally-friendly and low energy consumption. On the other hand, the main components of engineering construction are manufactured in a closed environment of enterprises manufacturing, which have low cost, short construction period, less uncontrollable factors, relatively better economic returns. Therefore, managers should focus on the mode of project construction, which is to achieve the fabrication methods of "Project manufacturing", that can be expected to use in the mega projects more widely in the future.The paper reviews the summary of the related literatures home and abroad, analysis the fabrication and the existing relationships between owner and supplier, and uses the principal-agent theory and game theory to study the relationships from the research view of interest equilibrium and target incentive. Firstly, the paper builds a principal-agent model of owner and supplier, and explain the significance of the main parameters in the model, then analysis the factors which influence the asymmetric information between owners and suppliers, and gives the owner advice for supplier selection decisions. In order to solve the problem of fabrication, the paper further designs a two-stage incentive contract based on two observation period, study the impact of the supplier’s characteristics on overall incentive effect, and gives the optimal incentive strategies and related policy recommendations.Meanwhile, the paper also recognizes the limitations of incentive contracts, for example, the contracts can’t solve the information asymmetry. Therefore, the paper designs the management innovation system which the owner is the main subject of the fabrication, and gives the conditions and methods which the realization of management innovation necessary needs, then combined with the mega projects--HongKong-ZhuHai-Macao Bridge Project to do case study. |
