Along with the increase in the number of new equipment of the Air Force, numerous material need for warehousing, the traditional material storage management mode has been unable to meet the needs. Aiming at the fact that the sealed package of air material may leak and cause changes in temperature and humidity which further affect the performance of air material, this paper introduces a design of temperature & humidity detection and monitoring system for warehouse sealed air material, which can realize the real-time monitoring of the internal temperature and humidity of vacuum palstic packing bag of sealed air material, reduce the loss of air material in the warehouse process and improve the safety and reliability during the use of warehouse air material.In this paper, temperature and humidity detection, wireless transmission network and monitoring software are described in detail, the following work has been done:(1) A non-contact and non-injury temperature and humidity detection module for vacuum palstic packing bag has been designed, according to capacitive humidity measurement principle. Combined with the CC2530 chip, DHT11 digital temperature and humidity sensor, the measurement of the internal temperature and humidity of vacuum palstic packing bag can be realized.(2) The wireless transmission network system consists of two layers of communication network, namely the bottom collection network and the upper transmission network, which uses the ZigBee protocol for data communication and takes a low power mode.(3) The monitoring software has been designed, which can monitor the temperature and humidity of each node in real-time. The historical temperature and humidity data of each node can also be queried. If the temperature or humidity of a node is abnormal, the system will alarm automatically. The managers can easily and quickly find out the node and go further processing.After several debugging under laboratory environment, the system has basically achived the design requirements. The system stability and user experience has been greatly improved after further testing. In addition, the design has good versatility and scalability, so it has a broad application prospect.
