| An excellent relief materials reserve system and a wider variety of emergency shelter facilities are an important guarantee for short-term emergency rescue after natural disaster. After the disaster, how to set up a public health system in a short time to meet the basic needs of life for the people in the disaster areas has been an import problem to be solved.The thesis analyzed the problems after the disaster, such as lack of emergency toilet, urine and stools excreted led to communicable diseases after natural disasters, increased the risk of secondary disasters and so on. Then the thesis researched the design for emergency toilet which based on the technology of wind-solar supplementary and urine and stools innocent treatment method. And the purpose of the study is to protect people in good health and balance the ecological environment on the local area. The design principle is universalization, ecology and humanization. The three elements related to the users, natural environment and the need of social circumstances have been analyzed in this paper. At first, the author point out the emphasis of modified design for emergency toilet is integrated with wind-solar supplementary and biotechnology. Secondly, according to the principle of ergonomics, the paper has a new design for a variety of functional facilities, layout, human scale and model. At last, according to the three design principle, the design is composed of shape, facilities layout, system function, structure mode, materials selection and so on.The design of wind-solar supplementary emergency toilet is a bold attempting to integrate and use a variety of renewable resources and biotechnology, which provide a safe and effective protection for post disaster epidemic prevention. The study was tried to meet the basic needs of public health in disaster area. It has reduced casualties and environmental pollution effectively that secondary disasters were caused by infectious disease. The study also provides a new design idea for set up a good emergency rescue system. It is hoped that the research has a little effective to the research of the design of the mode of wind-solar supplementary emergency toilet. |
