Researsh On The Expansion Of Residential Space In The County Town Of Henan Province

There exists interactive relationship of mutual promotion and mutual restraint between urban space and residential space. In recent years, with the macro-regional development background of scientific advanced new-type urbanization, acceleration of the construction of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration, as well as the scientific development planning policy environment of accelerating the integration, business center area and exclusive shopping district, etc, the county-level cities(counties, county-level cities) in Henan Province has undergone tremendous changes such as the rapid expansion of city scale, the outward expansion of land space, continuous adjusting and optimizing of the urban fabric. Changes in urban industrial layout, road transportation, public services, recreation and other functional spaces exert a profound impact on urban living space and its expansion. How to coordinate the development of residential space to expand living space for urban spatial expansion, structural optimization and functional improvement is the urgent problem in current situation of rapid development of urbanization, city scale and spatial expansion.It aims the expanded residential space in county area in Henan Province as the study goal. On the basis of the evolution of residential space in county history of Henan Province and analysis of the problem in current situation, it summarizes the influential factors of expanded living space. The influential factors are combined with the geographic space to divide expanded residential space mode into tree types, town construction, edge growth, enhance integration, and correspond spatial expansion guidance and control responses to different expansion mode.This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is an introduction, introducing review of researches, content, meaning, method of study and research framework. The second chapter gives the county evolution and the existence of residential space problem in Henan Province. Through combing the county residential space development in Henan Province, it summed up the residential space expansion mode and the common issues that arise under the influence of different extensions way. This chapter provides realistic basis for the proposed county residential space expansion strategy in Henan Province. The third chapter is the analysis of county extended living space in Henan Province. On the basis of the above studies, it analyzes the influential factors of residential space. Through combination of influential factors and geographical space, the expanded residential space is divided into three directions. And it proposes targeted expansion mode and strategies for three expanded residential space directions. The fourth chapter is instance analysis. It comes up with expanded residential space strategy by researching expanded living space in Baofeng County, Henan Province. The fifth Chapter is review summary. Summarizing the research priorities and innovation and pointing out the lack of study is in order for future research.
