| With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry, the problem of air pollution from the vehicle emissions is becoming more and more serious as well as the greenhouse effect. As one of the important means of energy conservation and emission reduction, the battery electric vehicles that can realize zero emission can improve energy efficiency. Based on the development status analysis of the electric car, this thesis about battery electric vehicle has completed the overall structure arrangement, the design of high voltage, network layout and the parameter matching of power system. The modeling of the vehicle and power system simulation in the ADVISOR software and the influence of various parameters is analyzed on the performance and mileage. Through the vehicle test, the rationality of the design has been verified.First of all, based on the domestic and abroad analysis of electric vehicle technology development, it’s described about the basic structure of electric cars, electric drive subsystem of specific structure,the vehicle structure layout, layout of the bus and the analysis of the vehicle high voltage circuit. The vehicle design of a electric vehicle is completed.Secondly, through the analysis of the electric taxi market requirement, the performance requirements of the electric car vehicle are put forward. The vehicle performance design, power matching and performance check are finished.Finally, using the ADVISOR software, the simulation model of power system is established including motor, power battery, transmission and other parts. These parts’ m files are also created. Through the operating data analysis for the city taxi, the operating data of taxi is established and the vehicle power system simulation is completed. Through the reset of the different quality of vehicle and motor efficiency, two methods of the vehicle performance optimization are put forwarded.By comparison with vehicle test date and the results of simulation, it’s verified that the design meets the requirements of performance index. |
