| Pure electric vehicle, as the solution to contemporary energy shortageã€environment worsening and traffic safety problems, which is a new type of transport, its dynamic performance and economic performance is a hot research both at home and abroad, as the work of energy conservation and emission reduction is actively promoted, the government〠research institutes and universities put more effort into the research and development of electric vehicles, aim to produce cars with superior performance. This paper focuses on matching design the key parameters of electric vehicle, makes the designed power system to meet the expected requirements of vehicle performance. In addition, we created the simulation model for the battery and verified its feasibility, and then respectively did simulation analysis on the power system components and the vehicle.The main difference between electric vehicles and conventional vehicles is the driving system; most of the rest still use the traditional vehicle architecture. Therefore we discussed battery technologyã€motor driving technology and power management technology of the electric vehicle, introduced the commonly used battery and motor, and selected dynamic component by comparing their advantages and disadvantages.Based on several typical electric vehicle drive structure, we studied parameters of the dynamic system in the battery pacã€the motor and the transmission as well as the relationship between important parameters. Through the relationship of the battery output voltageã€the output power and the motor working voltageã€the maximum power, matching design the parameters of the battery pack, according to the requirements of the motor output power under different conditions, motor parameters were calculated, then designed the parameters of transmission system by the motor’s power and required speed. This paper takes ZOTYE5008EV as the object of study, according to the requirements of accelerating performance and driving range, matches design the parameters of its driving system. Through the advanced vehicle simulation software ADVISOR, we researched and analyzed the battery circuit model,established a equivalent circuit model and simulation model which is influenced by some factors such as temperature and polarization effects, and briefly introduced the motor modelã€transmission system model and vehicle model.In order to make the model be simulated in the ADVISOR and meet the special simulation requirements, this paper does secondary development for driving conditions〠vehicle and separate parts, and according to the special requirement of the dynamic performance, the vehicle was analyzed through the simulation, the simulation results show that the battery model has good characteristics. Combination of difference driving conditions, studied the performance of vehicle power system under single-cycle, through the vehicle performance simulation analysis, all parts are showing good working characteristics; In the specific conditions, studied the performance of the specified vehicle, and the ADVISOR simulation results show that the selection of the power system parameters can be very good to meet the dynamic performance and economic performance requirements, show the rationality and validity of the parameter matching. |
