Researches On Planning Strategy Of Urban Agricultural Landscape On The Background Of Urban-Rural Integration

Agricultural landscape planning strategy is to make a logical planning guidance and feedback which is guided by the master plan to the spatial layout mainly based on non-construction land outside the built-up area. As it is the inhabited environment to achieve harmony and symbiosis between human, nature and the city, the role of the agricultural landscape highlights the importance as the social development especially in the metropolitan areas. Advancement of the integration of urban and rural development has stimulated the transmutation of agricultural landscape in urban areas. On the one hand it shows the influence of the urban function on the agricultural landscape as the representative of urbanization, industrialization and urban leisure. On the other hand, it shows the promotion of the agricultural landscape features like the modernization of agriculture, rural urbanization and integration of ecological patterns.Suzhou is located in the Yangtze River Delta Megalopolis, in addition to the well-developed urban system, which is also a typical water network farmland and land of plenty. The agricultural landscape carrys important functions such as agricultural production, better life and enterprise, ecological service and cultural continuity and open leisure. Therefore, from the perspective of protection and maintenance of agriculture landscape space, construction of healthy and reasonable urban and rural spatial structure under the background of the urban-rural integration which is the effective support and comprehensive service for modern urban space, and also the positive inheritance and rational development of the traditional agricultural landscape. Through a systematic analysis of agricultural landscape in Suzhou Metropolitan, from the regional level to proceed with the construction of agricultural landscape classification system, eventually return to the system architecture of the metropolitan agricultural landscape planning strategy, form a spiral overall research framework.The research mainly includes the following contents. To put forward the definition of research field, research objects and research basis. To point out the universal problem of metropolitan agriculture landscape under the background of the integration of urban and rural development. To put emphasis on unclogging and readjusting agricultural landscape types and characteristics, the base of agricultural landscape development and the influence of integration of urban and rural development on landscape pattern in Suzhou area. Meanwhile, to explore the semi-network relationship between urban and rural landscape from the development course and interaction of the agricultural landscape and urban landscape.Finally according to the different effect of the integration of urban and rural development, divide agricultural landscape into white landscape which is constant determined in the master planning and gray landscape which need to make a change for urban and rural construction. According to the different responsibilities of agricultural white landscape and gray landscape in the integration of urban and rural development, formulate the corresponding evaluation index system of reasonable degree, and carry on the corresponding landscape judge and analysis. Eventually on the basis of landscape evaluation, propose the strategies and measures of integration and reconstruction of the agricultural landscape, from white landscape maintenance, delay of passive gray landscape attenuation and promotion of active gray landscape.First of all, the main innovation of this study is that to analyse landscape connotation from the point of view of focusing metropolitan agricultural landscape, and to point out the semi-network structure relationship of urban and rural landscape. Second is to establish a evaluation system of agricultural landscape reasonable degree, and to put forward different evaluations to gray landscape and white landscape. Third is to put forward the integration and reconstruction strategy of agricultural landscape on the basis of agricultural landscape classification system and reasonable evaluation. To provides an important grip for the agricultural landscape planning. Research results provide a certain guiding significance to formulating the planning strategy of the metropolitan agricultural landscape at different levels.
