The Research Of Huadian Laizhou Issue Electric Projects Management

Electric power industry as an important basic energy industry in our country, have an important influence for the development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards. Electric power industry as the former half of monopoly industries, in the era of planned economy less consider the benefit of the project, but after entering the market economy, the structure of the electric power industry has a big change, benefits have also become the basis of survival and development for the electric power enterprises, the electric power enterprises are also becoming to pay more and more attentions to the project management. Especially with the rapid development of energy technology and the strengthening of environmental protection low consumption standard of the electric power industry, thermal power while still is the main power of the electric power industry, but this way of power generation is being left out by the new energy power generations day by day, therefore, improve project management of thermal power projects, improve the efficiency of thermal power project, have become an important topic of the thermal power project. Based on Huadian Laizhou thermal power phase I project as an example, this article carried on the detailed elaboration and analysis for the project management, and made the comprehensive evaluation with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the project management status, proposed thermal power project management success experience and measures from four aspects :the project quality management, project progress management, project cost management and project risk management, provided reference for the future other thermal power project management, and draw the following conclusions:(1) thermal power engineering project management in project quality management, schedule management, cost management and risk management four aspects restraining each other, interacting each other, constitute the main contents of the project management;(2) making well communication and coordination between all the participants in the process, and establishing a perfect project management feedback mechanism, is playing a more and more important role in project management.
