| The Weihe River is the second largest river of Shandong Jiaodong area, which lies in the central area of Shandong Peninsula, located in the east of Bailanghe River, the west of Jiaolai River。The River originates WuJi mountain of Rizhao region, successively flows through Juxian,Wulian, Yishui, Zhucheng, Xiashan county,Fangzi District, Hanting Distric tand Changyi City。The river spans 246 kilometres, pours into the sea in the Xia Ying town, its drainage area is 6367 square kilometres and has tributaries including Baichi River, Juan River, Qu River, Wen River etc.From the source to the Qiang Kuang reservoir, the upper reaches of the Weihe River is frequently flooded mountain area, the mean slope is 1/293. From the Qiang Kuang reservoir to the Xiashan reservoir, the middle reaches of the river is Hilly area, the average slope 1/2400. The drainage area from the lower reaches of Xiashan reservoir to the estuary belongs to plain and coastal plain area. Various types of landform are classified mountainous area, hilly area, plain area and waterlogged lowland, which accounts for 23.9%,29.1%,25.4% and 21.6% respectively.The regulation section of the Weihe River is form the Xiashan reservoir to the Xin An Zhuang tidal water gate.The Dike protects populations of 700000,910 thousands acres of arable land and industrial and agricultural output value of 244.8 billions vuan.The water resources per capita of Weihe river basin is about 312m3, lower than the national per capita 1/6, and 7% lower than average of the province. According to the internationally recognized indicators of water shortage, it belongs to the seriously water shortage area. The Weihe River below the Xiashan reservoir, seven rubber dams and one seat tidal water gate have been built to make full use of water resources. Main lithology of the river is sandy loam, fine san.The collapsed bank is formed by sand mining, water storage and bank scouring, reaches 44 points, the more serious reaches 20 points, the average bed elevation is 10 meters and the deepest is about 18 meters, the length between bank and dike is less then 30 meters, the dike safety is threatened by the situation.This paper studies the comprehensive and ecological regulation model of the Weihe River. First, the paper analyzes current situations and existing problems of the Weihe River in order to demonstrate the necessity of comprehensive regulations. Second, the paper formulates regulation mode to improve flood control and ecological conditions. In the end, the paper analyzes environmental impact, puts forward corresponding measures for soil and water conservation, and estimates the investment and economic benefits to prove the feasibility of the project. |
