Since entering the new century, our country pays more and more attention to the protection of the ecological environment, which leads to the rapid development of river harnessing and water ecological landscape engineering. Block penstock engineering layout and choice of gate crane machine are required to have the normal function of hydraulic engineering, and also must adapt to the local water ecosystem, the surrounding cultural environment, and have the navigation capability and other functions. Projects often have the following main features:large span and low water head, and the design of the proposed construction project is expected to be novel and unique. In addition, it must be able to integrate into surrounding human landscape. Along with the comprehensive starting of water conservancy construction in our country, the match between the new sluice and surrounding human ecological environment has become an important research subject in China’s water conservancy project construction study. In recent years, the span of block penstock is becoming bigger and bigger, and the design of large block penstock is no longer limited to traditional mode, but facing constant innovation.The Han bridge block penstock on Mi river is located in Shouguang of Shandong Province, which is built based on the overall requirements of water planning and urban construction planning of Shouguang. The main purpose of the block penstock as well as the bridge project in the west of Han Bridge town is to raise the water level of Mi river, accelerate the local groundwater recharging and increase Mi river water storage, and to improve the transportation and urban ecological environment around Han bridge, Liulv and their neighboring dozen villages and towns.The project design idea changes the previous traditional design method and the lock chamber arrangement, making the lock chamber arrangement, hydraulic lifting equipment, maintenance the building such as bridge, highway bridge and bridgehead meet the requirements of the flow condition and the hydraulic structure design. It also pays attention to the architectural space and building design.The thesis mainly studies the following two questions.(1) The gateway address is located in a corner, which locks the flow disturbance and has a larger impact on the right bank with a serious threat to the stability of the right slope. To make a smooth flow through the corner, a combination of ultra-high method and complex curve engineering measures in the bottom of the river is taken in the project. The new method changes the original water flow, achieves the balance of the current trend of left and right sides, reduces the slope erosion of the stream of the right bank, and makes the water flow smoother.(2) The long-span plane gate structure system design uses a number of new technologies, space finite element analysis and calculation method of the large span and large aspect ratio plane gate when carrying on the overall results of the internal force and deformation.
