Inverter is an important part of the power system.the performance of inverter is related to the safety and reliability of the whole system.The techniques of application analog circuit control inverter has some shortcomings, such as circuit complexity, weak anti-interference ability and so on.But digital control system has the advantages of integrated high anti-interference capability, flexible control, advanced control algorithms can be realized and easy real-time control. So the digital inverter is the development trend. The emergence of high-performance microprocessors make the digital control of inverter become a reality. So the research and design of inverter power source system based on STM32 has practical significance and application value.First, this paper introduces the inverter background and significance, status and issues and trends. This paper introduces and analyzes the SPWM modulation technique, including unipolar control and bipolar control, and analyzed and compared them, combined with the practical requirements of the design determines the modulation. Then describes the research status of current digital inverter control strategy and elaborated digital PID technology and its application in power inverter system.Secondly, this paper introduces the STM32 as the control center of the main circuit of inverter design process: described in detail inverter power source topological structure and principles, design a voltage source inverter power source main circuit and control circuit with STM32 as the control center. Then the inverter hardware partial is decomposed into the inverter main circuit, control circuit and other auxiliary circuit to conduct a detailed analysis and design. This part focuses on the design process of the main circuit and control circuit, calculation formulas and design parameters of the input filter capacitor, the output filter and high-frequency transformer.Thirdly, this paper described the inverter power system software design process, paper first explains STM32 development platform development features of Keil MDK. Then describes the main program ofinverter control system software; and analysises detailly the signal generation program for SWPM; then elaborated ADC module and digital PID program design process; also introduces the serial communication program; gives the program flow finally.Finally, a prototype debugging process and methods, including commissioning and commissioning of the control circuit of the main circuit, the theoretical analysis of the experimental results verify the feasibility of the experimental design. And in the final of the paper summarizes the subject, and for the subsequent research rationalization proposals put forward and the improved method.
