The construction of the charging pile or battery swapping station not only requires a lot of manpower, material costs but the bare conductor is also easy to generate electric spark hidden safety problems, still occupies large space. Compared with the wired charging, wireless charging mode is flexible and not limited by space and location factors, charging for electric vehicle safety, quickly. It complements the traditional charging methods in adaptability and the independent charge deficiencies. So researching the wireless charging has important practical significance and application value.Wireless charging technology is a new technology for energy transmission by means of electromagnetic waves or electromagnetic fields, the paper analyses of previous studies at home and abroad combined with the characteristics of electric vehicle charging, through the study of magnetic coupling resonance type wireless charging technology principle and transmission mechanism, structured the overall scheme of the system and build the system circuit model, conducting simulation analysis and physical verification, researching internal rules and transmission mechanism of wireless power supply system.This paper mainly completed the following work:First of all, this paper combines the current situation of the development of domestic and international wireless charging system, carried on the overall research, mainly includes: the research and application of the existing wireless charging system, the analysis and research of energy transmission and the main problems and the development trend of current research, and combined with the the subject put forward system research on the scheme of his own.Secondly, research the features various parts of system, selecting the best scheme scheme. Wireless charging system designed in this thesis is divided into three parts: the primary side and secondary side, resonant coupling. The main function of the primary side is to generate high-frequency alternating current, selecting the E class amplifier inverter structure through the research on full bridge, half bridge and power amplification circuit; in addition, the wireless charging system is susceptible to outside interference, frequency drift phenomenon, this paper adopts PLL frequency tracking technology; Combined with the wireless energy transmission characteristics, resonant part adopts resonant coupling energy transmission scheme and the Series-Series coupling compensation structure; for electric vehicle charging power and voltage requirements, the main circuit is a full bridge inverter and Boost circuit used as the secondary side.Through the Multisim and MATLAB/simulink software platform, build a wireless charging system simulation experiment model to complete the experiments of the primary side, resonant coupling and secondary side, study on the influencing factors of transmission distance, efficiency, power, optimum design parameters all parts improving the transmission efficiency.Finally, it built a wireless charging system experiment platform and completed with the charge control system which has STM32F103C8T6 as the core; verification wireless charging system voltage, frequency and distance performance through experiment. |
