Research On Traffic Congestion In Hohhot

Under the background of frequent traffic congestion in Hohhot city, from the perspective of public management, based on the theory of public goods and government responsibility. Through literature research, questionnaire investigation, field investigation, the problems of traffic congestion in Hohhot city are analyzed. The result indicates that there are three major problems of the Hohhot traffic congestion,1st the public transport is not developed,2ed Problems of city planning,3rd Problems of participants of urban communications. And put forward suggestions from three aspects,1st Countermeasures of Hohhot vigorously make the development of public transport,2ed Countermeasures around the city planning problems left of Hohhot,3rd Countermeasures around traffic participants of Hohhot City. At the same time, in this paper, the suggestions and countermeasures on the first two aspects provides a new idea to solve the problem, namely "new intelligent public transportation system under the background of big data and cloud computing" and "new city planning ideas based on cellular network". In order to have the practical significance to the Hohhot city traffic congestion.
