As an important part of seeker system, seeker servo mechanism can provide inertia stabilized platform for photoelectric detector, and its structural performance has a direct effect on the performance of seeker system. With the improvement of the flight speed and guidance precision of the missile, operating condition in missile is worse and worse, and the newer demands is put forward for the strength design and the dynamics analysis of servo mechanism. Seeker servo mechanism as an important part of guided weapons is moving towards high precision, high bandwidth, light weight, dexterous find direction.Servo system of precision pointing mechanism comprises a driving motor, mechanical transmission and actuator, the mechanical transmission characteristics of precision pointing mechanism pointing accuracy, bandwidth and compact structure has an important influence.Under this circumstance, this article from the engineering point discusses servo system design of the mechanical structure, the design of the servo process flow. At the same time, using Mathcad as the design calculation software, the servo system structure design calculations for optimization, provide a basis for rapid design, remodeling servo mechanism.
