| ANT/SCAN of airborne fire-control radar is a typical following servo system,the most requirement due to its control circuit and mechanism parameter.The ANT/SCAN used to have two or three rotational degree of freedom,needing higher dynamic ability of servo,such as accurate position precision,fast respond characteristic,steady low speed following and fine resist vibration ability etc.But the condition of restricting is much rigor,for example:small space ,lighting weight,low power and bad power quality.In the condition of restricting and the requirement,especially when both structrual and servo are designing at that time but absence information commuting,the contradiction of design between structrual and servo is very extude.The thesis adopt integrative mechanics and electronic design and analysis method,basis on a type scanner driving by motor which have been designed by ourselves,build integrative mechanics and electronic analysis model, simulating and optimizing mechanism parameter.According to optimum mechanism parameter the prototype were partly improved,tested the improved design then contrasted to the prototype to validate impact of optimum.Base on pertinence research,summarized the method of integration of mechanics and electrics,synthesised modeling experience and extended the design way.The content of chapters is following:The first chapter,briefly introduce purpose and research content of the thesis,as well as study actuality of airborne fire-control radar’s ANT/SCAN in the world.The second chapter,summarize some key technique about the engineer design of the servo system of airborne fire-control radar.Describe the tactic used to applying the servo system,and the typical principle of sevor control circuit , the mostly effect of characteristic of the mechanism dynamics in servo system.The third chapter , by control circuit of airborne fire-radar’s ANT/SCAN,aim to scanner,a case of search channel,introduce the transmission ratio, moment of inertia and torque of motor, and regard them as variables,construct model of integration of mechanics and electrics. According to the model,we have selected several different mechanism parameter, used software“Matlab Simulingkâ€to simulate and analyse, briefly explain influence of mechanism parameter as the transmission ratio on system quality. With track channel model, show the limit of the inherent frequency to closed loop bandwidth.The forth chapter,the ANT/SCAN drived by motor made in RAA as object, expatiate design requirement,structure shape parameter,controller and power amplifier of the prototype.After general testing,the master problem is that the scanning angular velocity can’t meet the requirement for performance, the inherence frequency of structure is lower.The fifth chapter,analyse mechanism design for prototype, advance a improvement project of the structure and the controlling system. Performance of the improved prototype is tested once more. The result proved: improvement controller and structure have advanced performance of the system.The sixth chapter,summarize integrative machine and electronic design flow,also the design method of integration modeling.View embeddeder investigation direction of the study,such as mechanism optimization of the system performance as objective fuction and delamination modeling etc. |
