| A tank turret rotation angle measurement system has been searched in this paper. The system is designed to solve the conventional methods can not accurately measure the turret rotation problems.Considering the turret of a tank in harsh environment, A new non contact angle measurement scheme has been presented in this paper:two inertial angular rate sensor are respectively placed in the tank turret and the chassis. The two angular rate sensor output angular rate by two point integral. The turret relative to the chassis of the corner is obtained by reducing the two angle. According to the measurement scheme. With TI TMS320F2812 DSP as the core processing device hardware circuit is determined through analysising inertial angular rate sensor. And the gyro angular rate acquisition program、filter compensation program、integral program and the corresponding software program is been programmed.Through a lot of experiments, The measuring method can fully meet the requirement of the measurement precision, and in the harsh environment can stably and reliably measuring angle. |
