Dynamic angle measurement is a major technical development direction of geometric quantity measurement beyond static constraints and towards universal measurement.Dynamic angle measurement involves the measurement of angular motion parameters and the measurement of angular dynamic characteristics.This technology organically connects the angle unit-radians(rad)and time units-seconds(s)and traces the source to ensure angular velocity,angular acceleration rate,angular position,angular position measurement frequency response and harmonic distortion are accurately and reliably measured in typical applications such as aircraft control,multi-axis linkage of machine tools,and human CT scanning.And dynamic angle measurement play an important role in the development of aerospace,high-end manufacturing,and precision medicine effect.Analyze the development status of angular metrology at home and abroad.Aiming at the technical gaps in dynamic angular metrology,based on the self-calibrated angular technology study by National Institute of Metrology and ring laser angle measurement technology,an experimental system with dynamic measurement capabilities is established to develop real-time angular positions and angular velocity at different speeds.Solve the key basic problems of dynamic angular measurement such as angular position,real-time angular rate measurement,and spatial-temporal distribution characteristics.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the principle of separation of the average angle measurement error,and realize the self-calibration of the measurement error of the angular position under the state of variable speed movement of the rotary table.(2)Design a high-speed encoder signal acquisition circuit,develop automated data processing software,and establish a real-time,synchronous dynamic angular position data acquisition and comparison system.(3)Based on the national angle reference series of devices,the encoder and ring laser goniometer used by the self-developed measurement platform are calibrated according to the metrological technical specifications.Realize the measurement source tracing of two sets of experimental platforms with different measurement principles to ensure the reliability of mutual verification results.(4)Based on the self calibration encoder and the ring-laser gyroscope,the verification experiment of angular position and angular velocity calibration under different rotating speeds is carried out,analysis of dynamic angle measurement characteristics.
