Research On Risk Management Of Quality And Safety In Large-scale Construction

With the development of Chinese economy and promotion of urbanization, fixed-asset investment in real estate industry is gradually increased and the investment in large-scale construction project also shows a rising trend. Risk management in the construction field is an important part of project management, which has a direct influence on the project quality and safety. Large construction projects have some characteristics with large investment scale, long construction period, complicated technology and difficult construction, which cause more and more risks, soeffective risk managementof quality and safety for it is essential However, the risk management pattern in the present stage in our country exists some problems, like imperfect management method and inadequateresearch, and it contradicts the demand of the large scale construction project’s high standards. Therefore, it is urgent to further studymanagement pattern in order tosolve many problems in the process of risk management.This paper first analyzes the research status and the existing problems of risk management and dynamic risk management in large-scale construction project at home and abroad, and introduces the establishment of the risk management model of large-scale construction projects in detail. Therefore the paper put forward a model of risk management combining committee with matrix, considering of the characteristics of large scale projects, Based on the investigation on large-scale projects, it discussesresponsibilities, rights and obligations distributionof large construction project participants, also analyzes the key work in risk management. And then the paper describes the dynamic process and ways of risk management, and put forward dynamic risk management methodsof large-scale construction project. Finally, with the risk management of HaiJiCommercialPlaza project as an example, the empirical analysis of the dynamic process of risk management system of large-scale construction projects, demonstrates the effectiveness of risk management model of large construction projects and dynamic risk management methods, which provides valuable experience for the promotion and practice of similar projects.
