From The Perspective Of "Way-Behavior-Space" On Dalian Area Court Space Study

With the progress of the times, social material life becoming more rich, the desire for justice harmony living environment is becoming more and more intense. The law as a tool of justice has gradually penetrated into people’s lives, attracted more and more attention.Along with the reform and improvement of the judicial system, court building as a legal entity should follow it and keep the same pace.First of all, this paper selects Dalian area court to do investigation. Among them, it focuses on the interior space of the court. As space can directly affect users’satisfaction of the building.The research mainly finds the following problems in the court space. First, streamline distinction not completed,t here are still cross; Second, the number and size of space does not meet the relevant standards; Third, the spatial structure of the court is not perfect, having not met the user’requirements.All these problems reflect a common phenomenon:The court space has not met the current judicial policy reform. Therefore, this article takes the angle of the moment of judicial policy, refining the aspects related to the way of trial. At the same time, comparing to American development from law to space to invest the idea of Dalian area court space. However, from the trial to the internal space is two kinds of languages, in need of a converted media, and that is the behavior. Act as a two element, is closely related to both of which are mentioned as below.so that forming the research view of way-behavior-space, especially used for the court building affected by the policy.In the last two chapters,I take the view of way-behavior-space. Based on the current operation mode of Chinese judicial policy, according to the trial or not.The court staff behaviors are divided into trial and non-trial acts. All of these help sum up the required space size and the number of partitions. In addition, for the security consideration, separating security and confidentiality act of the court,summary the streamline relationship between space adjacency and barrier which are root in these behaviors. Learning from which can be used for reference in American court space form in this process. Finally, according to the situation of our country, put forward new form of interior space mode of small and medium court in Dalian area.
