In concrete design, simulated users’ daily action on the automotive door, mastered the action essentials, analysis of the mechanical operation principle, determined the mechanical operation process. Using the Siemens S7-300 PLC programming. Thirdly, detailed design some parts of the functional module and the data base. The thesis described the process and effect of the test system in detail. Also introduced the test situation and the application of the test system. Finally, summarizing the subjects.The system proved that it was reliable, simple operation and reserved space for expansion. Now the system has been used in the actual test. Its greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of the test and become a beautiful symbol for the company.
