Study On Methods Of Architectural Design Information’s Visual Expression

In the context of the information age, the popularization of science and technology has promoted the development of a series of digital technology, parametric design, building information modeling, virtual reality has become the focus of architectural design. The importance of the information in building information modeling has sparked deep thought on idea’s efficiently transferation.Through the study of the related factors of information expression, the development of the information source, design tools, expression vector can be summarized, and the characteristics of modern architecture can be concluded by analysising of the modern architectures’ change, which are the complexity, generative and diversity, etc, so that, the information expression of architectural design also has a corresponding change, the main characteristics are information visualization and integration.Architectural design information can be divided into three aspects, one of them is expicit envelope, another one is implicit data, and the last one is abstracted information, in the context of building information modeling, by classifying the expression methods of different information and analysising the links between different types, we can put forward integrated information visualization expression method, which will improve the theoretical levels of building informationg modeling, stimulate the potential of thinking, enrich the design methods of expression.And analysise how to visiably expresse the different status of the information,summarize the corresponding feasible method.In the situation of building information modeling, the actual case of project design process has been divided into four gradually stages, collection of information, divergent thinking, integration of information and final presentation and comprehensive expression.Hidden important information can be discovered by digital design tools, different stages’ s building information will be showed fastly by integrating different stages, with the scientific basis for information, different visual experience will be simulated, the charm of high-tech digital building will be reflected, the comprehensive expression medthod will be verifyed,new vitality of architectural design will be injected, and the development of new digital architecture will be promoted.Therefore, a new method is put forward in this paper that various of different visualization ways can be combined together, and there is a quantity of discussion about its specific applications at different stages of the architecture design process, which will provide effective information visualization ways for designer, and that is a positive reference.
