With the rapid development of economic construction in our country, public building air conditioning energy consumption is also increasing. The medical buildings due to its own characteristics, make its air conditioning energy consumption is more general public buildings,thus hospital air conditioning system energy consumption to great energy saving space. In this paper, based on not influence the building use function, according to the measured data and software simulation combined with corresponding energy saving measures are put forward.Firstly, the author in hospital running field to obtain a large amount of data, including: a typical room indoor temperature, water chiller operating data, the running efficiency of the cooling tower, etc.This paper studied the water chiller COP, the IPLV of two important parameters, special region NPLV coefficient are studied and the analysis of the perception that using NPLV coefficient to estimate the annual energy consumption is not yet matur.Secondly, the authoruse the De ST- c building simulation software for the whole hospital three main building of the load and energy consumption simulation.Getting the cooling load is 5093 kw, heat load is 3617 kw.Found running below 60% load rate accounts for about 60% of the time.Simulation is 1.66 million KWH of energy consumption, compared with the actual value time 12 years 13 years little by 21.3% and 20.9% respectively.Finally,the author based on the actual research situation and De ST- c simulation results of load three energy saving measures are put forward.Respectively for the idle exhaust air heat recovery of energy-saving evaluation, the retrofit scheme of a water pump variable flow, old cooling tower.And three schemes for the economic evaluationBy analyzing the software simulation and measured data, the combination of a big 3 armour hospital in Beijing for energy consumption analysis and simulation of energy saving reconstruction measures, energy-saving reform to provide reference for similar regional medical building.
