Construction Project Cost Control Research

The current construction market access threshold is relatively low, the comprehensive construction enterprise management level varies, especially some state-owned enterprises and some small construction enterprises under the influence of its enterprise system or the internal management system, its cost control method, system, implementation process, corrective measures have not adapted to different construction enterprises bidding, project operation, management and settlement process. With began of the ministry of construction two year engineering quality management action this September and gradually implementation of the relevant laws and regulations of many aspects including market behavior and project operation process, construction-tumarket will gradually standardize from foundation, the construction enterprise and construction project management will be fully onto the institutionalized and standardized track, the competition between enterprises will be more and more reveal the importance of cost control management. Currently, construction project operation time is long, the construction unit cost constraints, basic cost management is weak are the problems to be solved.This article stated the present situation of cost control in theory. The whole process of project running, including each link of the process of project construction cost control points are analyzed, and clarified the relevant countermeasures. The article meanwhile combined with the engineering example, critically analyzed from different aspects including cost comparison, cost analysis and expenditure pattern, put forward the corresponding rectification measures as well as suggestions for the future business operation of the project.
