There are thousands of kilometers gas pipeline need to be transformed for serious corrosion after years of operation in Beijing. The implementation of situ slot and pipe replacement has been more difficulty as fast speed of the city construction, soared numbers of motor vehicle on road, and continuous implementation of comprehensive pipeline underground.A large number of trenchless rehabilitation technology has been applied to actual renovation project, such as the method of lining turnover, which has outstanding advantage in actual application process. In 2011, the beijing gas group Ltd has completed the lining turnover repair work of high pressure gas pipeline under huawei-birdge near by East sanhuan,which is more than 700 meters. The technology has been proved completely suitable for the repair work of old high pressure gas pipeline, by the detection in this test section, and it can be extended in the repair work of high pressure gas pipeline. This paper solves the problem of high pressure pipelines by trenchless rehabilitation technology, after expanding the scope of the turnover lining technology application.However, the construction efficiency reduce easily in the implementation of the lining turnover process, due to city management control requirements, restrictions and unknown factors. therefore it needs to take the prophase of the project,the phase of design, the phase of all procedure, the practice condition, environment etc into account, and summarized the construction experience to promote efficient work, ensure the construction period of the project, under the premise of high quality of the project, according to requirements of domain city management.
