The China State Grid Corp has made a great effort in upgrading the first batch of rural power grid since 1999. The grid structure wiring changed from single radiation to hand-in-hand power supply.lt has developed from single contact to today’s multi-segmen t and multi-contact, showing a contact is increasing and that the distribution network deve lopment trend of network is more and more complicated, especially in recent years,with the development of city cable network and large capacity with popularization of electric load in the integrated commercial and residential district,the connection between switch station and distributing stations became mor and more frequently,and also the interconnection in a wide area lead to the emergence of single feeder multi-contact phenmomenon.At the same time,as part of the lOkV feeder load rate is high,the new power line corridor construction difficulty and other reasons,which resulted in "false contact" phenomenon.Therefor,in order to simplify the operation,reduce the maintenance quantity,we should focus on explaining the present situation of construction of distribution network and planning how to develop it.We should simplify the network structure,investment saving without compromising on safety and distribution rate of load level,to the eliminate the "false contace" phenomenon and improve the supply capability.The capcity of the grid distribution network communications is reated to the overall distribituon netowork supply capability and power failure emergency recovery capability,which is an important factor.It also is an important index to test whether the grid structure of distribution network is strong.It plays an important role in improving the reliability of power supply and the key to enhance system capacity of power supply.As the main evaluation indes optimization of distribution network structure of the line "N-1 "check rete,it can directly reflect the present situation of the distribution networks to supply capacity.It exposed the problems of contact weaknesses and line bottlenecks.By raising the index parameters,it can effectively optimize the grid structure,simplifying the distribution operation mode,so as to build strong grid structure of distribution network.The arcticle is based on the grid structure of distribution network in Fuqing,analysing the feeder section, running current and load properties of operating data, This arcticle Depended on the nature of electricity, subregion grid structure of its supply area of research and construction of annual planning.subregional development of grid structure on the po wer supply area of research and construction of sub annual plan, It aims at increasing the line "N-1" parity rate as the optimization of the main distribution network structure architecture assessment index, and sub-annual formulate Line "N-1" parity rate of the goal, to achieve the elimination of the weak status quo power grid frame structure, and to improve line "N-1" parity rate,so that we can improve Fuqing’s distribution network struc ture optimization.
