With the continuous improvement of China's social and economic development level and the development of the distribution network,people's dependence on and sensitivity to production and living electricity consumption and the development of new energy industry are increasing,which means that higher requirements are put forward for the consumption and power supply quality of the distribution network.In China's distribution network construction,the lack of long-term design and planning,resulting in irregular line connection,overlapping power supply areas and other problems.In the context of high-quality development in the new era,there is an urgent need to establish a systematic approach to improving the quality of planning.First of all,taking a city development zone in Guizhou Province as an example,this paper simply analyzes the status quo of the power grid in the development zone,and then takes one 220 k V substation and one 110 k V substation in the development zone as an example to analyze the 10 k V outgoing situation respectively,including the type of conductor,capacity,load ratio,connection mode and load transfer.The main problems existing in the medium-voltage power grid in the development zone are summarized.In view of the existing problems,the grid method is applied to classify the planning area into several small grid units according to the corresponding rules.Then,by reconstituting the small grids into plots,responsibility areas,etc.,some relatively independent areas(power supply grid)with unmixed power supply intervals are finally formed.Based on the MPC control model,a MATLAB computer program was developed to realize the function of automatic grid division and greatly improve the work efficiency.Then,a grid stratification method is proposed on this basis,which reduces the complexity of subsequent load prediction and substation site selection,and makes the distribution network structure hierarchy more clear.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the grid and the complete degree of the actual project data,a more suitable and more practical load prediction method is selected to predict the spatial load and total power consumption of the target area,which provides a data basis for the site selection of the substation.Finally,analyzed the content and characteristics of genetic algorithm,aiming at the defect of its easily plunged into local optimum,combined with the optimal path Dijkstra algorithm improved genetic algorithm is proposed,and the use of improved genetic algorithm to calculate and determine the multiple substation location and scope of power,compared with the results based on genetic algorithm,the improved genetic algorithm optimization ability is better,The feasibility of the algorithm is verified.
