With the booming development of our deep space exploratory missions and the scientific satellite project, the space science has entered the era of deep space exploration from low-level, meanwhile, the detectors and the satellite missions is expanding progressively, leading to rapid growth of the data size. A great variety, huge volume, scattering distribution of data, which are generated by the scientific satellite project from establishment of project until travelling in orbit, are too complex and difficult to manage effectively via the traditional means. In the research area of the scientific satellite and space exploration, the traditional RMDBS are confronted with the challenges, i.e. managing the huge volume structured, semi-structured, even unstructured data, high concurrency and system expanding ability.Considering more and more sophisticated big-data technology, it should be necessary to introduce the technology into the satellite controlling system. The research should benefit from the outstanding big-data framework and excellent No SQL irrelational database applied in processing and storing the data generating from the scientific satellite and controlling activities. The advantages involve the characteristics such as the flexible schema, high speed access, fault-tolerant ability and disaster-tolerant ability, high concurrency, scalable ability and so on.The subject of The article is listed belowFirst, the article will describe the background, conception and development status about satellite controlling system and big-data。Secondly, the article will investigate the distributing processing framework hadoop and the conception and technology about No SQL irrelational database.Thirdly, the article will discusse the problem involved with high volumeof unstructured data, and analysed the difference between the No SQL and traditional RMDBSThen, it will be reached the conclusion that it is necessary to use the distributing processing framework and No SQL technology in satellite controlling system.Lastly, the article will depict the deployment of hadoop and hbase, and has designed proposal and data model based on the distributing processing framework and database system for satellite controlling system, also, specifically given optimization for the framework.The thesis that depicted big-data technology applied in the Satellite Mission Operations about data storage, has presented some technological innovation and exploration about practical application.
