According to three different types of bearing column transfer beam structure, establishing the dynamic time history response equations, using Midas for time history response analysis, and defined the plastic hinge of the every plastic hinge models, with the El-Centro waves effect, analysis and results each of the earthquake response, and based on the response of three kinds of structure model and establish a belt to supporting column and transfer beam structure as research object. Using large structure analysis software (Midas) respectively set up interlayer seismic isolation and aseismic structure system simulation analysis model, the isolation analysis model is divided into three different kinds of structures, In the three kinds of models, there are two kinds of models are considering the combined effect of the supporting columns and superstructure, forming similar fasting truss structural system model and analysis of the dynamic characteristics of structure include interlayer shift and layer shear, etc. simulate the action of the time history response of elastic plasticity with the El-Centro waves, traf waves and artificial waves effect. Through the time history response analysis of the structure under multi encounter earthquake. Come to a result that the each floor of displacement and interlayer shear of the three kinds of models of story isolation structure system under the three kinds of waves. Through comparative analysis of the results, come the characteristics of the interlayer seismic isolation structure system and aseismic structure system, analysis the seismic insolation and judgment the effects of Structure systems seismic isolation effects when the transfer beam work together with the upper structure.Through the simulation analysis of the structure models by using the Midas software show that, under the action of earthquake waves, at first there are some advantages and disadvantages of the three types of bearing column transfer structure, in supporting column beam and the upper structure formed similar fasting truss structure system, different forms of composition, its dynamic response inconsistent, in the actual design, you need to choose different forms depending on the conversion of the structural models, secondly when analyzing the interlayer seismic isolation, the structure consumed most of the seismic energy through seismic isolate layer, so make the seismic response reduced of the upper structure and have a good seismic isolate effect, not only reduced the interlayer displacement and layer shear of the substructure, but also for the upper structure is still good seismic insolate effect. When considering the interaction of the supporting column transformation and upper structure, transfer beam and superstructure forming similar fasting truss structural system, make the stress more clearly, at the same time, below the seismic isolate layer, the interlayer shear and displacement are decreased significantly, the upper of seismic isolate layer, seismic isolate effect is more obvious.
