China is located between the Pacific Rim Volcanic Seismic Belt and the Eurasian Seismic Belt, and is one of the countries with the most severe earthquake disasters in the world. At the same time, the uneven distribution of water resources in my country has affected my country’s economic development. To solve this problem, aqueducts have been widely used throughout my country. As an important part of the water delivery lifeline project, once it is severely damaged by the earthquake, the entire water delivery will be immediately severely affected, which will cause immeasurable economic losses to the country. At present, although building structures and bridge structures have more mature seismic isolation technology and specifications, due to the structural characteristics and functional requirements of the aqueduct, and the lack of relevant seismic codes, there are certain difficulties in the seismic isolation design of aqueducts. This paper takes an actual unisolated beam aqueduct under construction as an example, and discusses its shortcomings under strong earthquakes through nonlinear seismic time-history response analysis;referring to the existing engineering structure seismic code, establishes the seismic isolation design of the beam aqueduct Criteria: According to the design criteria for seismic isolation of beam aqueducts, the unisolated beam aqueduct is designed for seismic isolation;comparative analysis of the seismic isolation and isolation efficiency of beam aqueducts,to meet the proposed design standards to verify the effectiveness of the seismic isolation design criteria. Therefore, this article mainly conducts the following research work:1.According to the current problem that some beam-type aqueducts will basically be seriously damaged or lost their water conveyance function after strong earthquakes, leading to long-term maintenance and even reconstruction;refer to the existing engineering structural seismic code, the seismic isolation design level of the aqueduct Should be improved, the beam-type aqueduct should be proposed for the design level of seismic mitigation and isolation of "moderate earthquakes are not damaged, large earthquakes can be repaired, and super-large earthquakes not collapsed",and the design rules and procedures for seismic mitigation and isolation of beam aqueducts will be given, and the beam-type aqueduct will be constructed.Design criteria for seismic mitigation and isolation;2.Take an actual unisolated beam aqueduct under construction as an example, use finite element analysis software to establish its simplified nonlinear finite element model under empty and full tank conditions, select three ground motions as input, and pass nonlinear Earthquake time-history response analysis shows that the response of the unisolated beam aqueduct under moderate earthquakes, large earthquakes and super-large earthquakes is discussed and analyzed.Serious damage or loss of water delivery function;3.For the same actual beam aqueduct, carry out seismic isolation design according to the established seismic isolation design criteria, establish a simplified nonlinear finite element model of the seismic isolation beam aqueduct under empty and full tank conditions, and select three seismic actions As input, through nonlinear seismic time-history response analysis, compare the response of seismic isolation beam aqueduct and unisolated beam aqueduct under moderate earthquakes, large earthquakes and super earthquakes, analyze their seismic reduction and isolation effectiveness and verify the design criteria Effectiveness.
