For community bus bridge, the driver’s cab is the key of the main research content, with the rapid development of road traffic, an increasing number of city vehicles, the driver’s work is increasingly complicated, need to constantly improve the work efficiency to complete the task. Therefore, to change the driver’s working environment is also becoming more important. Bridge is an important part of the community bus design research part, comfortable degree in the process of driver operating bridge and bridge design is reasonable has a close relationship. Traditional bridge design experience is the designer, but with the continuous development of society and improvement of cab, people have higher request, to provide the driver with good working space, this paper will be 6 m community bus with chengdu as an example to study how to optimize the community bus drivers work environment. So far, the domestic community bus bridge design is roughly the same, in the aspect of man-machine engineering design and larger development space, as a class to provide drivers drive a more humanized space, this paper based on the research of the community bus cockpit man-machine relationship, introduces the application of the man-machine engineering in the community bus principle, in order to improve the driver in the community bus driving safety, comfort and bridge of accurate operation. In this paper, the main bus to chengdu 6 m community bridge optimization design, in order to achieve human-machine coordination. Seat of cab, control system, display system, to optimize the overall space design, make the whole bridge design more human, eventually meet the driver in the process of driving the community bus safety, comfort, and the accuracy of the operation.
