Southern Sichuan intercity railway is the experimental railway in China’s railway construction project which is implemented under the investment and financing system reform, as an important part of the Southern Sichuan intercity railway, the construction of the newly-built Neijiang-Yibin railway has important significance to Sichuan Province on improving the deficiency in the existing road network coverage rate, speeding up Neijiang、 Zigong,、Yibin region rapid railway tunnel construction. The functional positioning of the Neijing-Yibin railway is a fast railway serving in the central city of Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone sub central city transport stream, the current standard for grading Neijiang-Yibin railway technology level is mixed and disorderly, the main recommendation of the railway construction standards have 250 km/h passenger railway and 200 km/h mixed passenger and freight railway. This paper mainly reasearches on the transport demand, the line planning, passenger and freight transport organization scheme and maintenance operations four aspects for the analysis of different construction patterns, recommend Neijiang-Yibin railway should be within the adaptability of high grade standard in railway construction.The coordination study of railway transportation organization in the newly built Neijiang-Yibin railway is mainly includes three aspects:the adatbility analysis of the new line, the channel and coordination hub, the passenger trains’ traffic organization and coordination analysis, as well as freight trains transport organization and coordination analysis, among them the passenger trains operation plan, comparison analysis of stop schemes and cross line trains transport coordination analysis are the key analytical contents.In the aspect of route planning program of new lines, the line direction of newly-built Neijiang-Yibin railway will be different under different construction plans.The paper is mainly from the cost efficiency, the station set up, line and urban planning degree of understanding in Neijiang、Zigong and Yibin etc, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different line planning.As for the newly-built Neijiang-Yibin railway’s maintenance work of the operating train, this paper explains the difference between the the EMU maintenance and vehicle maintenance, carries on an analysis about the newly-built line’s comprehensive maintenance set in different construction schemes.Finally according to the comprehensive comparison of adaptive analysis results in different construction patterns, it recommends newly-built Neijiang-Yibin railway to select railway passenger dedicated line construction grade.
