With the development of high speed railway of our country, The train’s operating speed and transporting mileage are increasing. At the same time, train running safety problems are more serious, including bogie hunting instability. The train usually generates hunting on straight tracks. When the amplitude of the hunting exceeds a threshold, the hunting is instable. Hunting instability will increase the transverse vibration of the bogie and the wear and tear of mechanical components. It even will cause derailment which seriously threat the trains’operation safety. Therefore, we need focus on avoiding the train’s hunting instability in the research of the train’s operating safety. Real-time monitoring the hunting of the train is one of the most effective solutions to ensure the safety of the train traffic. The bogie detection system detects the state of the bogie vibration to ensure the trains’ operation safety. The system will face complex electromagnetic environment when it is put into service. It is liable to suffer electromagnetic disturbance and cause electromagnetic interference to other equipment. So it is important to study the electromagnetic compatibility to assure proper product function. This paper introduced the basic theory of electromagnetic compatibility and analyzed varieties of disturbance in industrial environment. Aiming at the different disturbance, some anti-interference measures were adopted to improve the electromagnetic compatibility. After the completion of the project, we carried out the EMC test according to the standard of railway transport equipment(GB/T 24338.1-2009). In the test, the system can work properly and the requirements of standard have been reached.
