In the hydraulic system, hydraulic pump is the energy supply unit in the system, so the importance of hydraulic pump for hydraulic system is particularly important. But in the engineering application, due to the presence of workers on the mechanical operations are not standardized, the use of time is too long, the hydraulic oil metamorphism and overload running situation, makes the hydraulic pump structure, reduce the damage life. The focus of this paper is when the hydraulic system overloaded when the absorption is insufficient or frequent movements cause related problems occur oil shortage lag hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil pump to solve the problem of insufficient, avoid the hydraulic pump for oil shortage caused by the suction phenomenon. The reason caused the damage according to the hydraulic pump oil shortage, this paper study and designhe advantages of simple structure, convenient use, convenient and new hydraulic pump on the kinetic characteristics of the system with small changes the oil compensating device.Design of oil supplementing device mainly in fluid mechanics and jet theory as the theoretical basis of the device design, based on the jet flow principle of mechanism design to meet the requirements of the fluid channel. The use of powerful fluid simulation ability of CFD, the simulation analysis of the structure design, optimal design method of structure and its size. In this study, not only for the design and Simulation of the structure, the best structure will also design of experiment, and put forward some improvement suggestions according to the experimental phenomena of device design. The main contents are as follows:1. Research on the hydraulic pump oil absorption problems, aiming at the causes of the phenomenon of the design requirements, combined with the characteristics of the device should have and improve energy utilization ratio of the hydraulic system requirements, design the basic structure of the device. According to the requirements of the experimental conditions, the simulation analysis of each part of the device structure by Fluent software, get the influence of form and parameters related to the device structure of oil absorption capacity;2. According to the optimal structure design, and according to the design requirements and the working condition for the experimental hypothesis experimental platform is constructed. In trial operation and observe the relative flow rate, pressure parameters on the test piece, comparison of design parameters and analyze the causes, and according to the experimental phenomena observed improvement requirements proposed device;3. According to the problems found and the request, referring to the design problem solving ejector. The structure dimensions of the device was designed based on the structure design of the ejector calculation method, and the simulation of the key size, the structure size of the oil supplementing device can be calculated with reference to calculation methods of the structural design of the ejector.4. In this paper, the authors think it with the actual situation of the larger gap, therefore suggested that temperature-pressure curve with the air separation effect to cavitation calculation, in the calculation of joining temperature influence the results obtained was close to the actual condition. According to the simulation method presented in this paper, combining with the studied oil supplementing device cavitation requirements for this problem, and obtained the relevant conclusions.
